    Posted 03-23-2022 11:23

Furthering ASA's commitment to building intergenerational relationships, the Legacy Corps is sponsoring a "Buddy Program," at this year's conference. You may have already noticed the announcement in ASA's emails. It is designed for attendees new to the conference to be paired with ASA's "seasoned professionals." The goals are to make the conference experience more approachable, foster inclusion, and build connections.

Registration is now open for the new attendees and fifty new attendees have signed up to date requesting a Leader buddy. Once that list is finalized, we hope to identify Legacy Corps members and others who match their professional interests.

We hope that you will consider being a Buddy if you are attending this year.  If you are interested, please sign up by completing a On Aging Buddy Leader Application here - On Aging Conference Buddy- Leader Application (airtable.com)

    Thank you for your consideration.

To all our Buddies - I am so encouraged by the response to this new program at On Aging. Thank you for leading it! I know first-timers will enjoy an unforgettable experience and build a new, national network, thanks to your commitment.
    See you in New Orleans!
