Fernando Torres-Gil, PhD, MSW, former U.S. Assistant Secretary on Aging, will lead a very special virtual Grand Rounds. Professor Torres-Gil will discuss the latest updates on disability, aging, and the future of healthcare policy. He also will recount his personal experience with Polio, highlighting his inspirational resilience from full leg paralysis since childhood to reaching the White House with appointments by three presidents: President Carter, President Clinton, and President Obama.
