    In partnership with The SCAN Foundation, West Health, and the May & Stanley Smith Charitable Trust, the Center for Health Care Strategies is accepting applications for participation in the second cohort of a multi-state learning collaborative to advance MPAs. Up to 10 states will be invited to participate in this 12‑month collaborative that will help states to build on work already underway across their communities to better serve older adults and people with disabilities. Applications are due May 1, 2023, by 5:00 pm ET.
