Brian Duke is a consultant who specializes in helping clients with strategic planning, convening and facilitating community and stakeholder engagement, developing sustainability plans, making improvements in service delivery and increasing the effectiveness of advocacy. He works with national organizations, state and local governments, the aging network, community-based organizations, health systems and long-term care providers. Previously Brian was System Director, Senior Services with Main Line Health, a hospital-based health system in suburban Philadelphia PA and created and implemented population health strategies to improve the care of older adults across the care continuum. Prior to this he served as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Aging. Brian is President of the Eastern Pennsylvania Geriatrics Society and President of ADvancing States Alumni Leadership Network. He serves as Co-Chair of the National Advisory Council of the American Association of Caregiving Youth and Co-Chair, Task Force Movement Healthcare and a member of the board of LeadingAge PA. Brian served on the American Society on Aging Board and is Chair of the ASA Legacy Corps. He is a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia. His journey in aging includes work with passionate leaders and colleagues in academic medicine, public media, philanthropy, advocacy, caregiver support, innovation, and public service. He lives in Bucks County Pennsylvania.
